To meet business objectives and growth rate,, R Digital is looking for a talented "Business Developer". The candidate will be responsible for increasing the company's revenue by selling digital solutions, B2B marketing & advertising services, and building customer relationships.

Job Details:

  • Explore local markets - Arrange meetings with potential clients. Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. Understand clients’ business backgrounds, challenges, and insights. Generate leads/opportunities through your own network, such as through active sales or through participating in various networking events.
  • Consulting, quoting, and signing contracts with customers.
  • Offering appropriate consultancy (Web-based Solutions) to high-quality leads from the company.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests; help instant & strategic moves to clients through services & products of redWEB through assigned proposals & proactive proposals.
  • Engaging, maintaining, and developing deep relationships with existing clients and upselling offers (Marketing & Advertising services, redWEB voucher).
  • Reporting to the line manager and senior management on customer needs, problems, and concerns; activities of competitors and the potential for developing business products/ services.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager and supported by senior management.

Qualifications, Personalities & Skills in Demand:

  • 2-3 years experience in sales/ business development/ telesales (web-based solutions, marketing, advertising, finance, banking, insurance, hospitality is a plus).
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • Great sense of responsibility, a positive mindset and dedication to achieve targets.
  • Must be native Vietnamese and at least intermediate in English.

  • Work only 5 days/week (from Mon to Fri)
