Looking for a HR

We are looking for a Senior Human resource with at least 2-3 industry years experience to join our team in HCMC.

General Description:

If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills

Responsibilities

  • Listening and understanding staffs situation, creating a happy working environment.

  • Building and developing the corporate culture and facilitate internal communications.

  • Advising and making proposals to Board of Directors in the field of human management (organizational structures, job descriptions, promotion plans, training programs, evaluation and performance reviews, labor law…)

  • Establishing compensation rules, motivating and connecting teams. Organizing events such as monthly birthdays, holidays, yearly company trip.

  • Researching, drafting and reviewing applicable regulations and organizational structure of the company. Creating procedures and proposing company and supervision the implementation of issued rules.

  • In charge of recruiting, training and development plan periodically, quarterly, monthly to improve human resources in line with the development plan of the Company.

  • Making payrolls and recording time attendance, insurance, labor contract, ect.

  • Carrying out and submitting human resources management records to state agencies under labor law.

  • Establishing regulations and plans to manage assets and equipment owned by the company.

  • Organizing and performing administrative tasks and other duties as required by Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other position

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

  • Strong ethics and reliability

  • The candidate must be native in Vietnamese and speak decent understandable English
