We are looking for Business Consultant Executive

redWEB is a technological-driven agency, providing full & premium-quality digital services to evolve businesses. This position is responsible for growing the redWEB’s revenue by excellence of B2B sales for Marketing & Advertising services and for Web-based products. He | She is expected to bring out the Results that fit our assigned Metrics in Sales Pipelines by monthly, quarterly & yearly.

Business Consultant Executive is responsible for prospecting through the company’s lead generation channels and closing deals by providing consultancy via phones, meetings and pitching.

A key priority of this role will be the amount of sales closed and making sure each new customer has the potential for high engagement and lifetime value (LTV).

A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing (acquiring) new business leads that drives the growth of our business. The role involves active coordinations across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills.

Detail of Responsibilities: 

1. Finding leads/opportunities through your own network or from various sources such as through active sales/ telesales, internal campaigns, or through participating in various networking events.

2. Offering appropriate consultancy (Marketing & Advertising services | Web-based Solutions | Products) to high quality leads.

3. Earning trust from clients (in different segments – SMBs, Large Business, Enterprises) (including Executives, C-levels, Mid-Management & Individual Contributors) by partnering with them to understand their business’s backgrounds, challenges and insights.

4. Maintaining and at the same time developing a deeper relationship with existing clients to check in, continue engaging the relationship, and upsell into next offers.

5. Constantly communicating with clients to help instant & strategic moves to clients through services & products of redWEB, through assigned proposals & proactive proposals.

6. Collecting market intelligence to thoroughly understand market trends, competitors and potential future business.

7. Constantly expanding own network externally and internally

8. Taking part in building a strong Business Development team that works toward a mutual goal through training and exchanging experience

9. Reporting to the line-manager and management on customer needs, problems and concerns; activities of competitors and potential in developing business of products /services.

10. Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager, managed & developed by top management.


1. With 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or account management in Marketing & Advertising Agency, Media Sales, Web-based Solutions Sales, Online Advertising, or Business Consulting.

2. Experienced in working across multiple levels, business segments and geographies with different markets & regions.

3. Proven and consistent track record of executing and delivering/exceeding against an aggressive growth strategy.

4. Have strong communication and teamwork skills

5. Strong sense of responsibility, a positive mindset and dedication

6. Strong project Management capabilities and organisational skills.

7. This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English.


  • Salary: Negotiate
  • Enjoy insurance as prescribed
  • Vacation regime: 12 days/year (+1 day for each year of employment)
