General description:
We’re looking for a professional, energetic and self-motivated candidate to join our team based in Ho Chi Minh City, District 1 as an Internal Sales Associate. It is a supportive role in our Lead Generation team, which objectively functions all the best to maximise the growth of B2B Lead, across Industries. An ideal candidate builds instant rapport and achieves the assigned KPIs (Leads -> Qualified Leads -> Pitchable Leads).
What will you do (detail of responsibilities):
1. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
2. Making calls, messages, emails and more inside sales activities.
3. Joining webinar, conferences | workshop | network communities to earn more Leads.
4. Building up pipelines with multi-channels, and inside sales processes.
5. Engaging qualified leads for setting up Meetings, then transfer these scheduled meetings to
Business Consultants or Account Managers.
6. Preparing back-office support for the Sales Team.
7. More Inside Sales tasks will be assigned by Line Managers.
What do we need from you? (detail of qualifications):
1. Fluent in English & Native in Vietnamese
2. High skills of Communications, Persuasion and Negotiation.
3. Nice Voice Conversation.
4. Have 2 years of experience in dealing with clients
5. Self-motivated and self-directed
6. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to engage Meetings
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
8. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
9. Excellent phone and cold calling skills
10. Previous experience in admin, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
